Malcom Glenn

Malcom Glenn is a writer, speaker, and equity advocate. He’s spent his career helping build partnerships between corporations, nonprofits, and governments, and telling the stories of the impact of that work.

Malcom is the Founder and CEO of MG Equity Consulting, an advisory firm that helps organizations embed equity in everything they do, inside and out. He’s a Fellow at New America’s Future of Land and Housing program, as well as a Senior Fellow at the Center for Workforce Inclusion. Malcom is also a senior advisor to the Health Action Alliance, where he helps promote equitable public health policies in response to COVID-19.

Malcom was previously the Head of Global Policy for Accessibility and Underserved Communities at Uber, and before that, he was an executive communications manager for Google’s chief financial officer. Before Google, he was the national director of communications at the American Federation for Children, and he previously managed issue campaigns at the polling firm Greenberg Quinlan Rosner.

He’s currently a member of the Council on Criminal Justice, an advisory board member of the Chamber of Progress, and a board member for Greater Greater Washington, the Consumer Technology Association Foundation, the World Institute on Disability, and Communitas America. Malcom received a bachelor’s degree in history from Harvard College, where he was the president of The Harvard Crimson.
