Colette Kessler is an impact entrepreneur and strategic partner who brings big ideas to life for brands and creative projects.
Colette founded the Strategic Partnerships department at Vote.org, aligning with brands to run high-impact, nonpartisan, voter turnout programs for millions of Americans. In 2018, she launched Electionday.org and secured one thousand participating companies in the national movement for paid time off to vote.
Colette served as the first Head of US Strategy at 4 Day Week Global. In this role, she designed the blueprint for employees and businesses to reimagine the standard work week and drove catalytic relationships with the US Surgeon General, Coworker.org, and Techstars.
In 2016, Colette co-founded an architectural firm that designed spaces for purpose-driven clients like Oatly and Michelle Obama’s United State of Women. She was also an early employee at Change.org, where she opened and operationalized a business line to advise a portfolio of brands on issue-advocacy campaigns.
Colette is the founder and CEO of The Impact Studio, as well as a Producer on The 50, a documentary about incarceration and recovery. She is trained in the practice of Nonviolent Communication and in service design. She and her work have been featured in The Washington Post, Pew Research, and The Chicago Tribune.
